This file is used for handling of the whitelist, use the following actions:

action=save
parameters:
wp: name of wiki
wl content of whitelist
user: name of user who creates this revision
Explanation: will store the new whitelist in the specific db

action=display
Parameters:
wp: name of wiki
Explanation: show the content in human readeable table
Example: index.php?action=display&wp=en.wikipedia.org

action=read (parameter wp) display the content of list (readeable by tools)
